What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Solo card payments via this website. Unfortunately we cannot accept any cheque payments at
present nor any payments via telephone.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery of your T-shirt(s) will usually take between 5 and 10 working days from you placing your order.

Can I return my T-shirt?

Yes. If for any reason you wish to return the goods, simply post the T-shirt back to us with a note of your order number and inform us
of this via email. Upon receipt of the T-shirt we will provide you with a replacement article of equal value.

Is my T-shirt indestructable?

No. Although the T-shirts and designs are durable and hard-wearing, they are by no means indestructable. They should be washed (at 40°C)
and ironed inside out.

Are your designs exclusive?

Yes. All our designs are exclusively produced in-house and can't be found anywhere else. However, where a design shows or resembles the
products of a third party Primitivestate can claim no official license or affiliation.

No. To guarantee the high quality of the designs on our T-shirts, we regret that we cannot print designs of your own creation.

Well, you need to register in order to actually buy a T-shirt so that's a pretty good reason right there. Registered users can also add
designs to their favourites list, track their orders, customize their account, post reviews for our designs and collect Primitive Points

Hmmm, you probably typed "T-shirt" into Google and clicked on some links or something. Oh, you mean the big question? Well, you could
say that your existence is merely the end result of a chain of events spanning 20 billion years including The Big Bang through to your
conception. The nature and size of the Universe are such that the conditions necessary for the emergence of life arise all the time
and so the probability of life evolving somewhere to the stage where it can question it's own existence is quite high. The existence of
human life and more specifically your own is merely one outcome in a practically infinite ammount of possible outcomes. So, the
question should really be "Why isn't someone else here?" and the answer to that is simply that you were very, very lucky. Now, go
